Matthias Weede

Matthias Weede is a seasoned professional in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as the Global HSE Manager and Manager of Corporate Management Systems at Klüber Lubrication since March 2017. Previously, Matthias held the position of Principal HSE Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from June 2011 to March 2017 and worked as a Project Manager at URS Corporation from February 2006 to May 2011. Early in the career, Matthias served as a Project Professional at GEO 3 and as a Scientific Associate at the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT). Academically, Matthias has a Dipl.-Geol. in Engineering Geology from the Technical University of Munich, a Dr. rer. nat. in Hydrogeology from KIT, and an MBA from The Open University Business School.
