Elena Smith

Elena Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People at Klue since December 2019, Elena has also held various strategic roles, including Vice President of People and Director of People & Culture Enablement. As the CEO and HR Strategist at Leada Consulting, Elena specializes in empowering growth-oriented businesses through leadership development and strategic HR initiatives. Previously, Elena worked at TPD® as the Human Resources Director and Lead HR Strategist, enhancing HR solutions for clients. Elena's diverse background includes leadership positions at Walker Bay Boats and BBDO Worldwide, along with a unique experience of home schooling children while traveling internationally. Elena holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the UBC Sauder School of Business and has pursued further education at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and Università Bocconi.
