Kristiina Lumeste

Kristiina Lumeste is a prominent figure in the venture capital and corporate advisory sectors, currently serving as the Senior Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Klumi Ventures, the first female-led Web3 venture capital firm based in Abu Dhabi. With extensive experience in strategic advisory roles since 2018, Kristiina excels in identifying high-growth startup opportunities and executing go-to-market strategies across multi-national geographies. As the founder of Artual, Kristiina leads a team specializing in marketing and growth strategy, while also providing venture capital advisory services with CapitalRoad Industries. Previous roles include Head of Incubation & Marketing at NFTb, focused on GameFi projects, and various marketing managerial positions at Superyacht Australia, uvex Safety Australia, Access Group Australia, and Site Ware Direct. Kristiina holds a BA in Marketing from Tallinn School of Economics.
