Ronald Soriano has over a decade of extensive experience in technology support and web development. At KM2 Solutions since 2011, Ronald has held various roles, progressing from Global Service Desk Technician Level 1 to Lead, providing application and technology support while mentoring junior technicians. Additional responsibilities included troubleshooting IT issues across software, hardware, and networking. As a Freelance Front-End Web Developer, Ronald creates interactive websites utilizing HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Previous roles include teaching Computer Science, providing desktop tech support, and working in customer service. Ronald holds an Engineer’s Degree in Systems Engineering from UNITEC and a Bachelor's Degree in Letters & Science from Freedom High School.
