Kim Anania

Kim Anania has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Since 2007, they have been the President & CEO of KMA Human Resources Consulting, where they provide guidance and support to businesses in New England. This includes addressing compliance issues, solving employee relations problems, and assisting with talent acquisition and retention. Prior to this role, Kim worked as an Employee Relations Manager at The Emery-Waterhouse Company from 2002 to 2006, and as a Senior Human Resource Specialist at Per-Se Technologies from 2000 to 2002.

Kim Anania graduated from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies & History. In addition to this, Kim also holds a Certificate in Organizational Development from the National Training Labs - NTL. The obtained month and year for the certification are not provided.
