Ian Bailey

Ian Bailey currently serves as the Managing Director of Kmart Group, overseeing the Kmart and Target Australia businesses since November 2018. Previously, Ian held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kmart, where significant contributions were made towards redefining Kmart’s business model into a modern hybrid retail model. Ian has been with Kmart Australia Limited since January 2008. In terms of education, Ian completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2012 and holds a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW, earned between 1987 and 1991.
