Stephen Chen

Stephen Chen is an accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience in international operations. Currently serving as the Director of International Supply Chain for Kmart Australia Limited since April 2018, Stephen oversees the management of 14 buyer consolidation warehouses across Asia. Prior to this role, Stephen held key positions at Cotton On Group as Global Logistics and License Manager, where strategic logistics networks were developed and executed, and at Gap Inc. as Senior Director of Asia Logistics and Trade Compliance, overseeing all logistics operations in the region. Additionally, Stephen contributed to Starbucks as Senior Logistics Manager, implementing distribution processes across the Asia Pacific region, and held the position of Fresh Food Group Category Manager at The Dairy Farm Group, managing fresh food sourcing and distribution for numerous supermarkets. Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Monash University and has pursued further education at Terra.do.
