Lata Menon

Lata Menon is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and regional management. Currently serving as Regional Director and previously as Regional Sales Manager at KMC Amba since September 2017, Lata has demonstrated effective leadership and strategic growth capabilities. Prior experience includes a tenure at AVEBE from May 2000 to January 2017 as Area Sales Manager, overseeing the food business across the Middle East, India, and South Africa, focusing on market share retention and significant growth through relationship management with key accounts. Lata holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Leicester, earned between 1998 and 2000.
