Joshua McCraw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple fields. Joshua began their career in 2009 as an Electronic Technician in the US Navy, where they were responsible for testing and deploying computer software and supervising the setup and operation of communication equipment and networks. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Motorcycle Safety Instructor, teaching courses on motorcycle safety and providing instruction and guidance to students. Joshua worked in various institutions and organizations, including Power Ride University, Pacific Northwest Motorcycle Safety, ISCI, Washington Motorcycle Safety Training, and Cape Fox Professional Services. During this time, they developed expertise in adult learning techniques and creating a safe environment for their students. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Program Analyst at Decision Technologies, Inc., providing technical and analytical support in system infrastructure operations. Joshua returned to Decision Technologies, Inc. in 2022 as a Program Analyst, offering support for radar acquisition, systems engineering, and project management. Currently, they are employed at KMS Solutions, LLC as an EDG Modernization Development Support/EDG Program Manager Support.
