Jelmer Koekkoek

Jelmer Koekkoek is an experienced agile leader currently serving as the Agile Lead at Knab since December 2018, where the role involves enhancing the capabilities of the scrum master team and coaching leadership in continuous improvement. Prior to this, Jelmer worked at ING Nederland from September 2006 to November 2018 in multiple positions including Agile Coach, Team Manager of Business Change, Team Manager of ING Webcare, and Business & Change Consultant, contributing to organizational transformation and high-performance improvement across various teams and departments. Jelmer began the career as a Management Trainee at ING after completing a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Small Business & Entrepreneurship from the University of Groningen. Earlier educational qualifications include a Gymnasium diploma from RSG Stad & Esch.
