Ryan Boyce

Ryan Boyce has held various roles in the software engineering and development space since 2014. In 2021, they began working as the Director of DevOps Engineering at Knack, where they are responsible for leading DevOps, SRE, and Platform efforts. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Bankrate.com as a Platform Engineer and DevOps Engineer, where they used AWS, Docker, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and other devops and continuous integration tools to create devops pipelines and enable developers to get to production faster. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at General Motors as a DevOps Engineer and Project Manager - Capstone Experience Software Development Team. In this role, they managed a team of five to design and code the General Motors employee companion iOS app and companion website. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Developer at the Genetics, Evolution, and Development Lab at Michigan State University from 2014 to 2015, where they worked on large code database-backed software development, version control using Git and Jenkins, working with local and global development teams.

Ryan Boyce graduated from Michigan State University in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering.
