Tom Diroma

Tom DiRoma is a seasoned professional in higher education with extensive experience in student engagement and fraternity and sorority life. Currently serving as a Partner Executive and Higher Education Partnership Specialist at Knack since April 2021, Tom has previously held notable positions including Director of Student Engagement at High Point University and Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Tom’s career began with a focus on student support roles, including a Graduate Assistant position at the Military Resource Center and various practicum experiences that emphasized leadership development and community-building. Tom holds a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Secondary Education from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
