Kelly Talsma

Kelly Talsma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering services, currently serving as the Director of Program Management and Engineering Services at Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company since January 2020. In this role, Kelly leads the development and implementation of the enterprise PMO, focusing on standards, processes, and governance. Prior experience at Amway included leading program management teams for significant Oracle and SAP implementations across multiple countries, driving business process standardization, and successfully launching new health and beauty products while enhancing development timelines and reducing customer complaints. Additionally, Kelly has contributed to the project management community as the VP of Education for Western Michigan PMI, co-creating a collegiate competition to foster education in project management. Kelly holds a Master's in Science in Program Management from The George Washington University School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Aquinas College.
