Lizette Medina

Lizette Medina, M.Ed., CPCS has extensive work experience in medical staff services and education. Lizette is currently the Director of Medical Staff Services at Knapp Medical Center, a position they started in October 2021. Prior to that, Lizette was the Manager of Medical Staff Services at HCA Houston Healthcare from September 2019 to October 2021. Lizette also worked as an Educator and Department Chair at Lamar Consolidated ISD from October 2010 to June 2019. Before that, they held a position in medical staff services at Houston Methodist from August 2006 to October 2010.

Lizette Medina, M.Ed., CPCS completed their Master of Education degree in Administration and Supervision at the University of Houston-Victoria from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the same university in 2010. Additionally, Lizette Medina obtained the NAMSS Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification from the National Association Medical Staff Services in December 2023.
