James Henderson

James Henderson has extensive experience in plant management and quality assurance within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Process and Quality Manager at Knauf Insulation since January 2014, James has successfully led technical functions and managed process leaders. Earlier roles included Cold End Process Leader, where James focused on production efficiency and team support, and Energy and Development Manager, which involved identifying improvement opportunities through collaboration across departments. Prior to Knauf, James worked as Environmental Coordinator at Kronospan, contributing to the quality management system certified to ISO 9001. James holds a degree in Zoology & Evolutionary Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
