Paul Jackson

Paul Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the materials and metallurgical fields. Since April 2011, Paul has been serving as the Process Modelling Manager (R&D) and previously as the Process Development Manager at Knauf Insulation. Prior to this role, Paul was the Technical Director at Firth Rixson from August 2005 to September 2011, where responsibilities included managing a technical team focused on critical aerospace components and overseeing 3D design, metallurgical processes, and quality management. Earlier in his career, Paul worked as a Process Metallurgist at Firth Rixson, gaining valuable experience in nickel, titanium, and engineering steels. Paul’s career began as a Project Manager at The Duke of Edinburgh's Award, where focus was placed on youth development projects. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Biomaterials Science and a BEng(Hons) in Materials Science, both from the University of Liverpool.
