Michael LaFontaine is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in operational risk management and compliance. As the Founder and Managing Director of Redpoint Advisors since July 2015, LaFontaine has played a key role in shaping the company. Additionally, as Co-Founder of KnectIQ Inc. and a Board Member at Minnwest Bank, LaFontaine contributes to strategic oversight, serving on the Executive and Audit Committees while chairing the Compensation Committee.
