Theresa Hübner

Theresa Hübner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Theresa started their career in 2010 as a Sales Apprentice - Marketing at Philip Morris International. Theresa then took on various apprenticeships in different departments within the same company, including Marketing Procurement, Finance, Insurance and Risk Management, Sales Strategy and Trade Marketing, and Human Resource Management.

In 2013, Theresa worked as a Marketing and Sales Apprentice focusing on Other Tobacco Products at Philip Morris International. Theresa then gained experience in digital marketing and mobile acquisition as a Partnership Executive at SIEN Solutions in 2014. Their responsibilities included setting up campaigns, budgeting, creatives, acquiring and maintaining business partner relationships, and conducting competition analysis and benchmarking.

From 2015 to 2016, Theresa served as a Junior Product Manager - LANCASTER at COTY Inc., followed by a role as Regional Marketing Analyst for Body Care Europe. Since 2016, they have been working at Kneipp GmbH, starting as a Junior Product Manager and progressing to Global Product Manager - Health & Lifestyle. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Product Management.

Theresa Hübner holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Marketing and Business Development from SKEMA Business School, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing, HR, and International Business from the Cooperative State University of Stuttgart (DHBW) from 2010 to 2013. In 2012, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Economics from Nelson Mandela University. Additionally, in September 2012, they received a certification as a trainer of trainers (AdA) from IHK Germany.
