Kristin Strydom

Kristin Strydom is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and previously as a Human Resources Coordinator at Knight Barry Title Group since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing recruiting efforts, onboarding new hires, and managing employee data for approximately 500 employees across multiple locations. Prior experience includes serving as a Personnel Specialist with the Air National Guard WI 128th Air Refueling Wing from October 2013 to October 2019, a Human Resources Operations Intern at Baird from April 2017 to January 2018, and various roles in administrative and customer service positions. Kristin Strydom holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force and has also attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
