Lindsay Bothell, MBA, CCMA has over 16 years of work experience which includes roles in Business Analysis, Contracts Administration, Member Services Research, Regulatory Affairs, Operations Management, and Customer Service Training. With Knight Federal Solutions, Lindsay is currently working as a Business Analyst/Contracts Administrator. Prior to this, they held Business Analyst and Contracts Specialist positions with USfalcon, where they were responsible for initiating, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and subcontract modifications, as well as ensuring FAR compliance. Before that, they worked as a Member Services Research Advisor at BCC Research, where they provided exceptional customer service and developed efficient workflow processes. Lindsay has also worked as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Cook Medical, where they were responsible for assessing product complaints, submitting MDR and Vigilance reports, and maintaining device Technical Files/Design Dossiers. Lindsay has experience in Operations Management with CBJ Development Co. and Customer Service Training with Klingensmith HealthCare.

Lindsay Bothell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which was completed between 2014 and 2015. Lindsay also has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the same institution, which they obtained between 2000 to 2005. In terms of certifications, they have obtained several from BSI, including AU - Management Systems Auditing - ISO 19011:2018, ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, and QM - Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001:2015. In addition, they are a Certified Contract Management Associate from the National Contract Management Association, which they obtained in December 2020.
