Craig Shute

Craig Shute is a seasoned executive in the real estate industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Knight Frank Greater China since October 2023. Previously, Shute held a significant role as Managing Director - Victoria at JLL from February 2020 to September 2023, where responsibility included heading the national Client Plus program. Other notable positions include National Director Capital Markets at Colliers International, Executive General Manager Property at Adelaide Airport Limited, and Senior Managing Director for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan at CBRE, where Shute oversaw a large team and contributed to strategic initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. Shute's extensive career also includes roles at FPD Savills and early positions in Malaysia. An alumnus of Harvard Business School and the University of South Australia, Shute holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Property Valuation.
