Dave Smith is a seasoned technology and operations leader with extensive experience in driving organizational transformation and technology delivery. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Technology, Operations & Projects at Knight Frank since December 2023, Dave previously held key roles at NHS Property Services Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing product delivery, operations, and architecture and redefining technology operations to enhance agility. Dave has also managed IT services for British American Tobacco across Western Europe and led global technology initiatives at First Names Group. With a foundational career that began as an IT Support Engineer at Oscar Faber, Dave has developed a robust skill set in IT service management, project delivery, and strategic partnership, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Hertfordshire.
