Kathia Mariella Tabra Pizarro

Kathia Mariella Tabra Pizarro is a seasoned scientist with expertise in environmental studies, particularly in water management. Currently employed at Knight Piesold since September 2013, Kathia focuses on environmental assessments. Previously, from January 2011 to August 2013, Kathia served as a Water Treatment Specialist at ARCADIS, where responsibilities included leading laboratory teams in metal mining effluent treatment and ensuring compliance with Peruvian regulations. Earlier experience includes a role as a Practicante at Corporación Peruana de Productos Químicos in early 2008, concentrating on the research and development of industrial polymers. Kathia holds a Master in Natural Resources from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2003-2008), supplemented by a position as a Research Assistant under Helena Maruenda (Ph.D.) in Organic Synthesis.
