Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. With experience as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana possesses a diverse background in nutrition and education. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
