Maddie Zali

Maddie Zali has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Maddie started their career in 2013 at Brooklyn Underwriting as an Underwriter in Product Development and Financial Lines, where they worked until 2016. Maddie then joined XL Catlin as an Underwriter in Product Development and Casualty, and stayed there for a year. In 2017, they joined Chubb as a Senior Underwriter in Financial Lines, where they worked until 2021. During the same period, they also served as the Events and Engagement Officer for Young Insurance Professionals (YIPs) Australia & New Zealand Inc. In 2021, they moved to Aon as a Client Manager in the Financial Services Group, and held this position until 2023. Currently, they are the Practice Lead for Financial Lines, Technology, and Cyber at Knightcorp | Insurance Brokers | Life Insurance & Wealth Management.

Maddie Zali studied at Macquarie University, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on marketing, strategic management, international business, and human resources. Maddie also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the same university. Additionally, they pursued a Certificate IV in General Insurance from ANZIIF. Prior to their university education, Maddie attended Willoughby Girls High School and NCSS, although specific degrees or fields of study are not mentioned for these institutions.
