Knights Experimental Rocketry
Richard P. currently serves as the LTI Operations and Logistics Lead at Knights Experimental Rocketry, overseeing safety protocols and addressing operational safety issues. Previously, Richard held positions as a Ground Support Equipment Member, where coding and programming tasks were completed, and as a Parts Manager at Lakes Food Equipment Repairs, responsible for network data management and technical troubleshooting. Additionally, Richard gained experience as a Back-end Developer at 3D HoloGroup, Inc. with a focus on Augmented Reality and database functionality. Richard is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Central Florida, building upon an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science obtained from Broward College.

Knights Experimental Rocketry is a student organization at the University of Central Florida that designs and builds experimental rockets for international competitions. We believe that rockets provide an excellent platform to cultivate a passion for science, technology, and space exploration while developing skills that prepare students for the professional space and defense industry As an affiliate club to AIAA & SEDS UCF, we aim further establish the University of Central Florida as the Premier Space University by winning some of the largest rocketry competitions in the world.
