Tirath Pathak

Tirath Pathak has a diverse work experience in the legal and insurance industry. Starting as a Solicitor at DAC Beachcroft LLP in 2003, they then moved on to WHCG LLP as a Senior Associate, handling Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, and Director and Officer disputes for London Market Insurers and Lloyds' Syndicates. Tirath also worked as a Secondee in the Claims Department at QBE Insurance. Later, they were a Lawyer at Kennedys in Dubai, handling complex claims for Insurers/Reinsurers and Loss Adjusters on construction contract disputes. Recently, they served as a Senior Vice President at Marsh & McLennan Companies before assuming the role of Risk and PI Claims Director at Knights in 2022.

Tirath Pathak completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at UCL in 1999 and also earned an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from University College London the same year. Additionally, they completed a Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in 2000.
