Sam Vinicur, CPP (Ret. PA State Constable)

Sam Vinicur, CPP (Ret. PA State Constable) has a wealth of experience in the security and law enforcement industry. Starting in 2007, they founded WPPTW Global LLC, a security recruitment firm. In 2012, they joined Siemens as a Business Development Executive, where they guided teams within a highly matrixed organization and consulted with businesses to deliver and recommend security solutions. In 2016, they began working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an Agent, PA Act 235, and a Pennsylvania State Police Certified Instructor, PA Act 235 (Ret.). Sam also began working for Temple University as a Lead Instructor, PA Act 49 Constable (Ret.), having completed Penn State's Continuing Education class for PA Act 49 Instructor Development. In 2019, they joined Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. as a Security Director, responsible for designing and overseeing comprehensive physical security and operations. Sam also worked for Johnson Controls as a Global Business Development Executive, advising Fortune 500 clients on their global security programs, and Siemens as a Senior Account Executive, designing and managing reliable electronic security programs, policies, and procedures. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Knightscope as a Director of Client Development, where they are dedicated to making the United States of America the safest country in the world through the application of technology.

Sam Vinicur, CPP (Ret. PA State Constable) earned their Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University. Sam also holds certifications from ASIS International, including Samuel F. Vinicur, CPP (2017), ASIS Regional Vice President (RVP) (2020), CPR & AED from Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., and Stop The Bleed Instructor from Penn State University.
