Shivani D. Arya currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Knimbus, a role held since April 2018, where previous positions included Business Development Manager, Assistant Manager Business Development, and Business Development Executive. Prior to Knimbus, Shivani worked as a .NET Developer at Activ8Me India from May 2017 to February 2018. Shivani holds an Advanced Certification in Marketing Communication and Brand Management from MICA | The School of Ideas, completed in March 2022, and a degree from K.R. Mangalam University obtained in 2017.
