Geena Pace

Geena Pace is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at ascena since May 2022, Geena also holds the position of Human Resources Specialist at ANN INC since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Eastern Computer Exchange and a LOFT Sales Associate at ANN INC. Additionally, Geena has training as a Recruiting Coordinator Intern at Northwestern Mutual and has contributed as a Panhellenic Delegate for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Before entering the HR field, Geena worked in customer service roles, such as a Barista at Marylou's Coffee and a Scribe at Sacred Heart University. Geena holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology, both from Sacred Heart University.
