Melissa Diaz

Melissa Diaz is currently serving as the Director of Database Support at KnitWell Group, a position she took on in August 2023. Before this role, she held the title of Sr. Manager of Data and Software Services at Talbots from April 2019 to August 2023. Prior to that, she was the Director of Database and IT Operations at CareCentrix from 2014 to 2018, where she was responsible for leading strategic vision and decision-making related to IT Operations and Database Architecture. Melissa also held the position of Director/Database Architect at Healthesystems from 2008 to 2014, overseeing data management direction, guidance, and strategic planning. She began her career as a Systems Design Analyst and Database Administrator at United Airlines from 1989 to 1998. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology in Computer Technology and an Executive Master of Science in Business Analytics and Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
