Paul Morris

Paul Morris has extensive experience in real estate strategy, analytics, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Real Estate Strategy and Analytics at KnitWell Group since April 2015, Paul has successfully analyzed lease actions and capital proposals for over 1500 stores, resulting in significant occupancy reductions and net EBITDA savings. Prior to KnitWell Group, Paul worked at Cardinal Health in various roles including Branded Pharmaceutical Strategic Sourcing Manager, where a portfolio of manufacturers worth $8 billion was managed. Paul's career also includes experience at Sherwin Williams as an intern and assistant manager. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
