Jen Marvell

VP, Digital at Knixwear

Jen Marvell is currently the VP, Digital at Knixwear. Prior to this, they were the Director, Conversion at FreshBooks from March 2017 to November 2018. In this role, they communicated with over 1MM prospects Canada-wide as the owner of direct marketing campaigns. Jen was also responsible for reducing campaign cost per acquisition by 40% and increasing conversion rate by 13%, YOY, by optimizing targeting and channel strategies. Additionally, they managed a department budget of $6MM and developed lifecycle marketing strategies for Winback prospect base, including email, digital, social, direct mail and OTM.

Prior to their role at FreshBooks, Jen was the Senior Manager, Promotions at Points from January 2015 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Pre-Owned Conversion department at SiriusXM Canada from February 2012 to January 2015. Additionally, they were the Program Specialist, Automotive Acquisition at XM Satellite Radio from June 2008 to January 2012.

Jen Marvell has an Associates Degree in Marketing from Humber College. Jen graduated with honours.
