Laura MacDonald

Laura MacDonald has a diverse background in customer service and airline industry roles. Laura is currently working as an Assistant Department Manager in Customer Experience at Knix since June 2023. Prior to that, Laura held various positions at Article from September 2020 to May 2023 and at Air Canada Rouge from 2013 to June 2020. Laura also worked at Queen's University and Air Canada in different customer service and flight attendant roles. In 2013, Laura completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Queen's University.
