Carol Pitzel Cruz

Carol Pitzel Cruz is a distinguished attorney currently serving as the Managing Partner of Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP's Seattle office and co-chair of the firm's Hatch-Waxman Litigation practice since January 2008. With extensive experience as an intellectual property litigator and registered patent attorney, Carol represents clients in all facets of patent litigation. Prior to this role, Carol served as an Associate Attorney at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP from 2002 to 2007, and worked as a Research Associate at Cerep and a QC Associate at Alcide earlier in her career. Carol obtained a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Washington.
