Karan Sakhuja

Karan Sakhuja is the co-founder and chief architect at Knock, a startup that helps people buy their dream homes. Karan has also worked as a senior product manager at Forbes Advisor and as a product manager at Coverfox Insurance. Prior to that, they were deputy manager of business operations and special projects at Jabong.

Sakhuja has a proven track record in product management and strategy. At Coverfox, they led a team of six to enable high availability for a 1,000-user platform across three call center geographies. Karan also increased Extra revenue generation by ~50 lac/month with zero marketing cost through the development of lost customer campaigns.

At Jabong, Sakhuja was responsible for product intervention in the fulfillment process. Karan led initiatives to increase marketplace order bundling and worked to improve day 0 fulfillment% of all marketplace vendors. Karan also identified potential risk areas and standardized DSP contracts.

Karan Sakhuja holds a certificate in Human Computer Interaction (Design-based thinking) from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, and a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute in New Delhi. Karan also holds a Diploma in Spanish Language from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan-Delhi Kendra.
