VP, Marketing at Knock

Jen Chestnutt is the Vice President of Marketing & CX at Fetch, where they are responsible for building and overseeing the marketing, communications and customer service departments. Jen has been with the company since it was founded and has played a pivotal role in its rapid growth.

Under Jen's leadership, the marketing team has hit record-breaking sales and revenue growth, with 51% QoQ and 294% YoY growth in sales and 113% YoY growth in GAAP revenue. Jen has developed a consistent demand generation engine that produces 95-115 inbound sales-ready leads per month, with an average cold outreach campaign open rate of 30%, 38% for email nurturing campaigns, and CTR of 4-5% for large-scale automated drip email campaigns. In addition, they have increased social media followers by 15% MoM.

Jen has also been responsible for developing programs for client onboarding, user communication/adoption and retention, recruiting branding and advertising, operational branding and experience, and overall company culture and values initiatives. These programs have been instrumental in helping Fetch grow to over 625+ team members and 2k+ contractors.

Jen Chestnutt holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Advertising from Savannah College of Art and Design. Jen has worked as a graphic designer and art director for various advertising agencies and design firms over the past 15 years.
