Andrew Breton

Andrew Breton has over 15 years of work experience. Andrew currently holds the position of VP of Data at Seek, where they architect new software solutions for data management and analytics and manages a team of engineers. Prior to that, they were the Head of Data & Engineering at SlyceData. From 2015 to 2021, Andrew served as the Head of Quant Analytics & Research at Elsen Inc., a Platform-as-a-Service company for large financial institutions. Andrew also worked at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Product Specialist, where they managed a data product for quantitative investment analytics and consulted with clients on analytic methods and operational efficiency. Andrew's early career includes roles at BlackRock as an Associate in Client Relationship Management and an Analyst in the Portfolio Analytics Group. Andrew has also contributed to This American Life & Planet Money as a Contributor and worked at Saatchi & Saatchi as an Account Executive.

Andrew Breton obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia from 2000 to 2004. Later, in 2011-2012, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Economics at Duke University.
