Adrienne Barnard is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and employee engagement across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of People at SmartPass, Adrienne plays a pivotal role in enhancing student accountability solutions for K–12 schools. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of People Operations & Experience at Mainstay, where Adrienne improved employee lifecycle management, and Director of People Operations at ASICS Digital, where strategic initiatives were implemented in talent acquisition and diversity.
