Allie Mintz

Allie Mintz is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a CPOHQ Member at Knoetic since March 2023. As the VP of People at Mockingbird since September 2022, Allie has a strong background in fostering people-first cultures, demonstrated during a tenure at HoneyBook from 2014 to 2022, where various roles included Director of People and People Operations Manager. At HoneyBook, Allie developed key infrastructure for employee engagement and learning programs. Prior experience includes roles at Practice Fusion, where coordination of major internal events and office operations was key, alongside previous positions that showcased expertise in event management and executive support. Allie holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
