Aylia Naqvi

Aylia Naqvi serves as the Vice President of People Operations at Sayari Labs since October 2019, bringing significant expertise in human resources management. Additionally, Aylia is a member of CPOHQ since January 2022 and previously held the role of Director of Human Resources & Operations at Young Invincibles from April 2017 to October 2019, where Aylia oversaw the organization's HR strategy. Prior experience includes roles in asset management and regional operations at PNC from February 2010 to April 2017, involving the supervision of operations and development of processes across multiple retail branches. Aylia holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, as well as a Bachelor of Science with honors in Psychology and Business Administration from the same institution.
