Maureen Calabrese

Maureen Calabrese is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as a Founding Member at CPOHQ since June 2020, Maureen previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Modern Health from May 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing all People functions and leading cultural transformation initiatives that enhanced employee engagement. From June 2017 to April 2022, Maureen was Chief People Officer at Sprout Social, Inc., where key achievements included launching the Grow@Sprout learning and development program in collaboration with Stanford University. Additionally, Maureen contributed as a Mentor at Techstars from February 2018 to January 2022 and served on the Board of JB Training Solutions from April 2019 to December 2021. Maureen holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Denver.
