Ana Braga has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ana is currently working as a Customer Service Team Leader for telemedicine at knokcare since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Casino Portugal from May 2020 to March 2023, where they held the position of Customer Service Team Manager and also worked as a Customer Assistant from April 2019 to March 2023.

Before their time at Casino Portugal, Ana worked at PORTUGAL 2020 - Associação para o Desenvolvimento as an Entrepreneur from September 2016 to October 2019. Ana'srole involved developing a business and a corresponding business plan for funding by Portugal 2020. The project focused on the production and lyophilization of donkey milk for use in cosmetics or the food industry. Unfortunately, the project was not financed due to budget constraints but received assistance from Famalicão Made In and Fagricoop.

Ana also has experience as a Sales Assistant at IKEA Group from September 2018 to April 2019 and as a Customer Assistant at Casino Portugal from June 2017 to June 2018.

Furthermore, Ana has academic experience as a Mestrando at Centro de Ecologia Funcional, Universidade de Coimbra from September 2013 to July 2015. Additionally, they volunteered at AEPGA, providing basic care for animals, including feeding, medication, and hygiene, from May 2014 to September 2014, as a part-time commitment during that period.
