Pedro Santos has over 12 years of professional experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, and web development. In 2019, they began their current role as Head of Product at Knok Healthcare. Pedro Santos has a diverse educational background. In 2011, they completed a Postgraduate in Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, where they studied Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Business, Innovation, and Creativity. From 2007 to 2009, they obtained an MsC in Information Systems from the University of Lisbon.
