Skye Yeo

Skye Yeo, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in talent assessment, coaching, and leadership development, currently serving as an Assessment Associate and Executive Coach at BTS since July 2021. With extensive experience, Skye co-founded Discover Health LLP in 2012, focusing on mind and body wellness through talent assessments and leadership workshops. Additional roles include Assessment Consultant at MDA Leadership Consulting, Executive and Career Transition Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison, and Business Psychologist at Pearn Kandola LLP. Skye also facilitates leadership programs at KNOLSKAPE and previously taught Psychology and HRM courses at Singapore University of Social Sciences. Holding a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University, Skye also possesses Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
