Claire Lew

Claire Lew has an extensive work experience. Claire started in 2011 as Co-Organizer of IgniteChicago, an organization enabling people to inspire and ignite passion in others. Claire was also Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of The Starter League, a company teaching passionate people how to code, design and ship web applications. In 2013, they founded ClarityBox, a company uncovering what's unspoken in companies. In 2016, they became an Associate Board Member of iMentor Chicago, supporting low-income youth in Chicago to reach college success, as well as Co-Chair of the MakeWork Council at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. In the same year, they also became a Board Member of the Chicago Coalition for Homeless, advocating to end homelessness in Chicago. In 2017, they became a Columnist for Inc. Magazine. In 2018, they became an Adjunct Professor at the Farley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Northwestern University. Since 2014, they have been the CEO of Know Your Team, helping managers become better leaders.

Claire Lew attended Northwestern University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Learning and Organizational Change and Business Institutions.
