Arunanand T A GPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience. Arunanand T A is currently working as the Director of People Operations, India at KnowBe4 since December 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources at FullContact Inc. from September 2016 to November 2022, where they successfully established the India HR team and led them to achieve Great Place to Work certification. Arunanand T A also played a key role in talent acquisition, growing the India headcount significantly. Before joining FullContact, they briefly served as the Head of Human Resources at Profoundis in July and August 2016, prior to its acquisition by FullContact. Arunanand also has experience working as a Member Technical Staff at Oracle from June 2013 to July 2016. Arunanand T A started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the National Institute of Technology Calicut from July 2011 to June 2013, and prior to that, they worked as a Lecturer On Contract in Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the College of Engineering Cherthala from December 2010 to May 2011.

Arunanand T A GPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering (Information Security) from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering at the College of Engineering, Chengannur from 2006 to 2010. Arunanand T A also has a Higher Secondary (Plus Two) degree in Computer Science from Sahodaran Memorial Higher Secondary School, Cherai, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Arunanand completed their high school education at Bhagavathy Vilasam High School, Nayarambalam from 1994 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Arunanand has obtained several certifications. These include the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from HRCI, the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification from (ISC)², and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), all obtained in 2023. Arunanand T A also holds various certifications in areas such as building high-performance teams, communicating across cultures, diversity and inclusion, conflict management, compassionate management, and leading and working in teams, obtained from LinkedIn in 2020. Furthermore, Arunanand has earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2019, as well as the Certified HR Analytics Professional certification from Aon in 2018.
