Joanna G. Huisman has over 20 years of experience working in various roles related to security awareness, education, and behavior management. Joanna G. currently holds the position of SVP - Strategic Insights & Research at KnowBe4, where they support analyst relations and creates research and thought leadership in the field of security awareness. Prior to this, Joanna served as a Senior Director of Research at Gartner, specializing in security awareness, education, and behavior management. Joanna G. has also held leadership positions at ADP and D&B, where they were responsible for designing and implementing security communications, training, and awareness programs. Joanna's expertise lies in enhancing leadership, sales, and marketing excellence in Fortune 1000 companies through strategies and programs that align with customer experience and organizational operations.

Joanna G. Huisman obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in Communications from Widener University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a Security Awareness and Culture Professional (SACP™) from H Layer Credentialing in 2021.
