Sara Horning

Sara Horning is a seasoned professional in engineering operations and project coordination, currently serving as the Manager of Engineering Operations at KnowBe4 since February 2021. In this role, Sara oversees the operations for an engineering department of over 200 employees and collaborates closely with C-level executives to align strategic goals with effective execution. Previously, Sara was a Project Coordinator to the EVP Engineering at KnowBe4, where contributions included budget management and administrative support. Sara also has experience teaching English as a Second Language at Assumption College Lampang in Thailand and began their career as an Administrative Specialist at Progressive Insurance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Florida State University.
