Crystal Hamilton

Crystal Hamilton is the Founder and CEO of Knowbie, a gamified beverage training platform used by 8,000+ learners across Canada and the U.S. They spent more than 20 years on the floor, in the cellar, and across the table as a restaurant server, sommelier, wine agent, and operator. They are expanding strategic partnerships and driving enterprise sales by securing multi-year content licensing contracts worth $35K–$100K annually. Past ventures include Crystal Recommends (2009-2021) and T&B Wine Club (2016-2021), and they previously served as a Sales Representative at Trialto Wine Group Ltd. (2010-2016).
